Terms Of Sale and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!
All products (EXCEPT for isolate, and Cultured Biologix) products carry a 15-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our products and purchased our product from our website, simply return the unused portion of the product with the original receipt or proof of purchase for a full refund.
Isolate and Cultured Biologix products can be returned for a full refund if they are unused and in the original unopened packaging. 

If you did not purchase our product from our website, you will need to contact the retailer you purchased the product from in order to receive a refund.

Your item must be in the original packaging. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will then initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Purchase Shipping
All of our products come with free ground shipping and handling anywhere in the U.S.!

Ground shipping typically takes 7-10 business days to arrive. 
Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If Your Product Arrives Damaged:

All of our products are tested for quality and inspected before leaving our facility. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours. If your product was damaged upon arrival, simply provide a full description of the damages to the product, any other detailed information, photos of the product damaged within that time period. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.
